Candidates for Sculptra
Ideal Sculptra candidates are 18 years or older with healthy immune systems who wish to correct nasolabial folds, fine lines and wrinkles, and lack of volume in the cheeks. You should not receive Sculptra injections if you are allergic to any of Sculptra’s ingredients, have a history of keloid formation, are pregnant, or are nursing. Following Sculptra treatment, you may experience mild bruising, swelling, or soreness at the injection site. For best results, avoid strenuous activity and exercise for at least 24 hours after treatment. We will provide you with specific post-injection instructions to help ensure proper healing and maximize the benefits of treatment. Most patients can see noticeable improvements after just one month, with results lasting up to two years. On average, patients will need 2-3 treatment sessions spaced over the course of a few months.
