Our team is focused on patient care and satisfaction. Our team members share in Dr. Dastoury and Dr. Zwiebel‘s dedication and passion to details which contributes to great results. Our experienced team brings many years of knowledge in aesthetic surgery and patient care. Our team members are like a family and each new patient becomes part of our extended family. Our goal is to maintain a warm environment where we are able to provide individualized patient care.

Meet Our Team:
Amy Hardesty
Patient Coordinator
Amy will be your liaison from your initial consultation through the time of surgery. She will assist you with your financial arrangements, schedule your surgery and be available to you for guidance while making your important pre-operative decisions. Amy has over 2 decades of experience in the cosmetic surgery industry. Her cheerful and accommodating nature will allow you to feel like you’ve know her for years and are talking to your BFF.
Amy grew up on a large horse farm in Maryland. She graduated from The University of Maryland and is still a dedicated Terps Fan. She moved to Colorado in 1999 and although she misses the beach, she loves calling beautiful Colorado her home and roots for The Broncos. She is married (to Tom Hardesty, our resident Massage Therapist) and has a son and daughter that keep her very busy. She loves spending time with her family and friends and being outdoors.
Fun fact: She was attacked by an Armadillo when she was 10 years old!
Karen Grace, CST, SA
Surgical Technician, Surgical Assistant
Karen has been a part of the team since 2008. Beginning as a Surgical Technologist and then furthering her education to become a Surgical Assistant, she has been the right hand in the operating room as well as the clinic setting. She has been a Surgical Technologist since 1998 and a Surgical Assistant since 2014 in cosmetic and plastic surgery. She is proficient at assisting with cosmetic surgery procedures such as body liposuction with fat transfer, facelifts, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgeries, and many more. During her spare time you will find Karen enjoying quality time with her family (which includes her 3 awesome pups), traveling, dirt biking, yoga and gym time.
Fun Fact: She is terrified of snakes! …..to no surprise, it’s her older brothers fault.
Debi Contreras
Front Office Coordinator
Debi has over 5 years of experience in the medical industry and has spent her adult life working in customer service, further enhancing in her strong interpersonal communication and phone skills. Patient and kind, Debi enjoys answering questions and prides herself on making sure patients feel comfortable and heard. She loves to learn and enjoys all the opportunities the cosmetic surgery world has to offer.
Debi is a 3rd generation Colorado native and Arapahoe High School alumni. She loves working in the area she grew up in. She has 2 children that are also AHS alumni. Debi has been singing her whole life and is now a member of the Colorado Choir.
Fun fact: Debi can walk with books on her head & knows her ABCs backwards & forwards.
Ralph Ascione
CRNA
Ralph has over 10 years of anesthesia experience in hospital settings at UCHealth and Rose Medical. He has been involved in several quality initiatives at these sites to improve anesthesia care. Ralph has experience in a variety of office based clinics including ketamine infusions, dental implants, and outpatient procedures. He takes pride in delivering anesthesia care that enhances patient safety and satisfaction. He enjoys snowboarding, fly fishing, and woodworking in his spare time.
Fun Fact: Ralph is an avid fly fisherman and outdoorsman.
Catherin Obernesser, B.S.
Practice Coordinator
Catherine manages clinic flow and schedule coordination, oversees the patient experience and quality assurance for all procedures. She is always available with compassion and an open mindset for every person that walks through our doors.
Catherine is from North Carolina and grew up at the beach. She remains a huge Carolina Panthers and Tar-heels fan. Has been a proud Colorado native for over 7 years. Catherine is an adventurer enthusiast and enjoys running and taking long road trips with her two dogs and husband. Catherine enjoys a challenge and can bring a positive spin to almost anything.
Fun Fact: Catherine & her husband have completed almost a dozen 14ers.
Leanna Lighthill, CCMA
Medical Assistant
Leanna is our primary medical assistant and will guide and help you through your surgical consults, pre-operative visits, surgery day, and post-operative care.
Leanna’s genuine personality fosters trusting relationships with all of our patients and colleagues. She contributes core elements of a strong work ethic with desire to further her education and background in plastic and cosmetic surgery.
Leanna enjoys spending time with my fiancé, family, and friends, golfing, mountain biking, fishing, or camping. She loves anything that has her out in nature, tending to her plants and exploring the great outdoors.
Fun Fact: Leanna is a Colorado Native.
Grace Ascione, BSN MBA
Marketing Coordinator
Grace is responsible for all marketing initiatives and business referrals programs, and she has over 15 years of clinical and marketing experience within the healthcare industry. Her family keeps her busy with 3 energetic and fun children. They enjoy traveling and outdoor adventures in their RV where they bike, hike, paddleboard, explore, and fly fish. Grace also loves to compete in triathlons to keep in shape! Her husband, Ralph, is one of our anesthesia providers.
Fun Fact: Grace has traveled to 6 out of 7 continents.
